PhotoLynx, Inc. Users Meeting

 

PhotoLynx would like to invite you to the 2008 Photolynx Users Group Meeting, January 17 & 18, 2008 in San Diego, California. This is a great opportunity to get updated on the latest releases and to exchange ideas with fellow attendees. The 2008 Photolynx Users Group Meeting will be from
7 PM – 9 PM on Thursday, Jan. 17th and continue on Friday, Jan. 18, from 8:30 AM until 3:00 PM. The Annual School Photographers Association of California (SPAC) begins at 5:00 PM at the Bahia Resort, a short distance from the Island Palms Resort.

 

The 2008 Photolynx Users Group Meeting will be held at the Best Western Island Palms, near the San Diego Airport. We have reserved a block of rooms for attendees at a special rate of $159.00 per night. The hotel will honor this rate for 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting, depending on room availability. The SPAC meeting is at the Bahia Resort and Photolynx will provide transportation to the Bahia if you elect to continue your stay at the Island Palms.

 

There is no cost to attend the 2008 Photolynx Users Group Meeting.

 

Special speakers for the 2008 Photolynx Users Group Meeting include:

 

  • Marianne Deroner from Christmas City Studios, discussing TrackLynx – Our Studio & Underclass tracking system.
  • Bill Glover from Strawbridge Studios, discussing Mr. Gray – Our solution for getting perfect exposure & white balance from your digital images.
  • Tom Brooke & FujiFilm discussing the Fuji S5 camera – Identify your images directly in the camera for easily match up to names in ImageMatch
  • Lawrence Grafstein & Michael Stevens, discussing ID card printers and how to create perfect ID cards every time.
  • Christian Perry will be showing updates that we have made to the software during the past season & what to expect for the future.

There will be plenty of open discussion time for attendees to exchange ideas. The PhotoLynx staff will be on hand to answer any questions and to assist with your specific workflows throughout the meeting.
